Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement category strategies and manage assigned procurement categories throughout their strategic lifecycle.
  • •Conduct spend, market, supplier, and demand analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimization potential.
  • •Design, maintain, and enhance KPI dashboards, benchmarks, and business cases to support decision-making.
  • •Drive harmonization of products, specifications, and data structures to promote standardization and continuous process improvement.
  • •Lead cross-functional projects, facilitate stakeholder committees, and collaborate with Procurement, Hospitals, Supply Chain Management, and business functions.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, with training in Strategic Procurement and Category Management.
  • •At least five years of experience in Category Management, ideally in healthcare or another complex, regulated environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analytics, KPI management, statistics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • •Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, build alignment, and communicate confidently with executive-level stakeholders.
  • •Strong SAP MM and Microsoft Office skills, plus German and English communication skills.
