Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform technical tests and experiments for engineering in the wafer fabrication area.
  • •Monitor and audit line operators and provide guidance once the product is on the line.
  • •Test new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
  • •Interface and communicate with engineering and manufacturing groups to ensure issues are solved appropriately and efficiently.
  • •Provide process and product support, addressing production concerns and disposition of production material.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree in a technical field and/or equivalent military electronics training, or prior technician experience in a wafer fab.
  • •Ability to identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly to improve overall fab performance.
  • •Ability to learn and understand process flow quickly and support the engineering organization as needed.
  • •Strong organizational, teaming, and troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • •Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
