Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•End-to-End Modification Management: Handle the E2E management and industrial impact analysis of program modifications (MODs), covering all tasks under Configuration Management responsibility.
•Product Structure Maintenance: Maintain and manage the manufacturing Product Breakdown Structure based on the product design, and register/industrialize new Part Numbers.
•MRP & Re-allocation Management: Update inputs within the MRP system and actively manage re-allocation processes to meet production delivery targets.
•Engineering Approvals: Provide Manufacturing Engineering (ME) signature/approval on the Definition Dossier (DFM) Interface and Frontier Drawings.
•Documentation & Customer Approval: Create and update Component Delivery Specifications (CDS) documents, securing final customer approval and acting as core team member.
•Digital Transformation: Act as active core member in implementing and deploying new Configuration Management digital tools.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Aeronautical, or related)
•Proven experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in complex industrial/automated/aerospace environments
•High passion, energy and motivation for continuous improvement; strong teamwork, creativity, integrity, reliability, and leadership potential to manage transversal projects
•Negotiation level in English is a must; capitalization of another European language valued
•Familiarity with configuration management tools, MRP systems, and a digital transformation mindset in manufacturing environments
