Personal Banker

Build relationships with customers and help them improve their financial health through needs-based conversations and sales fulfillment. Deliver an excellent customer experience in person and over the phone, educate customers on retail products and digital solutions, and ensure transactions are accurate while following policies and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal departments and refer customers to specialists for complex needs, contributing to individual and branch sales goals.
