Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update the fixed asset register for capital expenditures and projects in line with TI policies and standards (MFRS, IFRS).
  • •Review timely and accurate capitalization upon project completion and calculate and record monthly depreciation with proper cost allocation.
  • •Reconcile fixed asset ledger with the general ledger and resolve discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
  • •Support physical inventories, asset audits, journal entries, and dispose/write-off activities, with documentation support.
  • •Prepare management reports and support monthly/quarterly/year-end close, audit support, and tax documentation (including indirect tax).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (Hons.) or equivalent with a full professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • •CGPA 3.0 and above.
  • •1-2 years of post-graduate experience in general accounting; audit experience preferred (fresh graduates 0-2 years welcome).
  • •Strong understanding of accounting standards and the Companies Act.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and SharePoint.
