Key Responsibilities

  • •Acquire and apply knowledge of auto coverages to evaluate and settle high-volume, low-complexity claims (e.g., simple comprehensive/collision, glass, roadside, rental).
  • •Resolve claims through proactive problem solving and decision-making within authority guidelines under direct supervision.
  • •Document damage evaluation, investigation, negotiation, and settlement decisions clearly.
  • •Collaborate with external and internal partners to set expectations and facilitate claims resolution.
  • •Support members and claimants using varying communication channels and digital tools to drive timely, effective resolutions, and assist with surge/CAT response as needed.
