•Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
•Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
•Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
•Maintain active licensure and uphold hygiene standards and health and safety protocols.
•Promote inclusiveness and teamwork while upholding Sephora standards and store policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 27.6 hourly

Key Requirements

•An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
•1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
•Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.

•Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and maintain reliable attendance.
