Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, operations, business) to ensure on-time EDA software project delivery.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of customer-facing EDA projects and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • •Lead high-visibility programs by proactively managing risks and escalating appropriately.
  • •Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans using rigorous methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • •Provide clear status reporting and remove blockers to keep contributors aligned and supported.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record managing complex, multi-team programs in a technical or software development environment.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • •Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured approach to project planning and execution.
  • •Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project (or equivalent).
  • •Strong plus: understanding of EDA tools and semiconductor design flow (simulation, synthesis, place & route, verification) and/or PMP certification.
