Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, control, and report project cost history and forecast, including planned vs. actual cost and commitment schedules.
  • •Maintain internal labor and project costs to allocated budgets and flag deviations to project management.
  • •Create and process budget transfer requests, including accurate calculations and controlled correction at approval stage.
  • •Process and approve MR, PO, S/C Agreement, PC, SRV, and SIV within defined turnaround times.
  • •Visit sites weekly to verify progress measurements and upload verified BCWP into the ERP within required timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant cost control experience.
  • •Knowledge of cost control packages, with CCS (Candy) as a distinct advantage.
  • •Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera Scheduling for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • •Project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting knowledge with familiarity with Quality Management System.
  • •ERP knowledge (SAP functional skills preferred/required) to support cost control and reporting.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
