Key Responsibilities

  • •Support effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes under general supervision.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to create tools and resources and execute HR programs and projects.
  • •Build subject matter expertise across HR areas including compensation, benefits, global mobility, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, HRIS, or HR operations.
  • •Deliver HR processes, programs, and policies using specialized knowledge, analysis, and business acumen.
  • •Produce HR data reporting to guide recommendations and advise HR and business leaders on best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline, plus a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • •Develop subject matter expertise in one or more HR disciplines such as Compensation, Benefits, International HR/Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, or HR Operations.
  • •Apply specialized knowledge, analysis, and business acumen to support efficient delivery of HR processes, programs, and policies.
  • •Provide HR data reporting to support meaningful recommendations and actions to improve HR service delivery.
  • •Master's degree and Professional HR Certification are preferred.
