Key Responsibilities

  • •Be a trusted adviser to management on staff-related topics and coordinate with central HR in Berlin, on-site logistics partners, and the legal team on employment law questions.
  • •Own payroll administration and verification with external service providers, including personal file management and HR system management.
  • •Use people KPIs and the employee survey to provide insights and translate them into actionable measures for business units.
  • •Partner with Talent Acquisition to define roles, create job postings, and support structured interview, recruitment, and onboarding processes.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years professional experience in HR business partnering, or 6+ years in an HR generalist role.
  • •Solid knowledge of Polish employment law and social security systems, with strong HR administration skills.
  • •Experience running and processing payroll information with external service providers.
  • •Ability to deliver results with limited supervision in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
  • •Excellent Polish and English communication skills and proven consulting skills to influence business leaders.
