Key Responsibilities

  • •Define AI/ML problems from business or technical ambiguities and propose effective solutions with rational technical decisions
  • •Lead and contribute to multiple AI projects, including two+ ML engineers, driving architectural and technical choices
  • •Participate in the development of new products and features by applying AI/ML techniques from concept to user delivery
  • •Research and develop large language models and multimodal models, and align them with product goals and metrics
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend/frontend/DevOps/data/PM) to deploy and monitor AI solutions in production

Key Requirements

  • •PhD in a domain relevant to AI/ML or 5+ years of industrial AI/ML project experience, or equivalent
  • •Ability to define AI/ML problems from ambiguous business/technical issues and make informed technical decisions
  • •Proficient in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX and Python development with a focus on maintainable, high-quality code
  • •Experience designing robust ML training pipelines and deployment processes
  • •Strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple disciplines and stakeholders in Korean (and basic English)
