Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end IT onboarding and offboarding for team members in Warsaw and Wrocław, including hardware preparation, setup, shipping, and device retrieval.
  • •Administer macOS and Windows devices through their lifecycle, including device wiping, reissuing, coordinating vendor repairs, and maintaining inventory in Snipe IT.
  • •Provide hands-on, customer-centric technical support for local employees across Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Active Directory.
  • •Serve as primary on-site technical contact for central infrastructure teams, supporting basic networking setup and local IT requirements during office moves or updates.
  • •Collaborate with local site management and Workplace Operations, and keep IT processes, hardware workflows, and troubleshooting documentation up to date.

Key Requirements

  • •Practical background in an IT support or IT operations role, with strong familiarity in supporting both macOS and Windows systems.
  • •Experience managing hardware provisioning, device wiping, vendor repair workflows, and tracking inventory in tools like Snipe IT.
  • •Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), Intune, Jamf, SureMDM, and Active Directory.
  • •Clear, approachable, customer-focused communication with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Comfort acting as the sole on-site IT contact in a fast-paced environment, aligned with central teams.
