Support the Marketing department by administering jewelry loans from the jewelry cabinet and maintaining the associated loan database. Receive and register new collections, process returned jewelry, and keep labels, drawers, and cabinet organization up to date. Key Responsibilities

•Receive, handle, and register new collections.
•Administer weekly jewelry loans to Marketing based on stakeholder briefs.
•Process returned jewelry by sorting styles, finding product numbers, updating the database, labeling items, and returning them to the cabinet.
•Run collection setup tasks such as creating product labels, organizing cabinet space, printing drawer labels, and rearranging as needed.
•Create content overviews for collections, remove discontinued products, and support ad hoc tasks including catalog price lookup and email responses.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a relevant study program with ideally at least 1.5 years left of your studies.
•Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
•Flexible in terms of working hours (15–20 hours per week on average).
•Experience within the jewelry industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
•Be motivated by working closely with products in a creative and commercial environment.
