Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
  • •Set and own QA regression strategy, defining test approach, quality standards, processes, and tooling direction.
  • •Define, track, and report quality metrics and KPIs to communicate QA health to engineering leadership.
  • •Partner with other QA managers to set testing requirements and ensure comprehensive manual and automated coverage.
  • •Integrate QA into CI/CD with DevOps, manage defect tracking and timely resolution, and drive adoption of modern and AI-assisted testing practices.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in QA, including 3+ years managing or leading QA teams through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • •Own regression test and automation strategy, including quality standards, processes, and tooling direction.
  • •Hands-on technical credibility across manual and automated testing to coach engineers and guide coverage and automation decisions.
  • •Define, track, and report quality metrics/KPIs and surface QA health to engineering leadership with strong cross-functional partnership.
  • •Automation and CI/CD ownership: experience with C#/Selenium/Appium and integrating QA into pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), plus openness to AI-assisted testing (Anthropic Claude preferred).
