Own payroll governance, compliance, and assurance activities within the People & Organisation team. Strengthen payroll controls and operating procedures, monitor regulatory and industrial changes, and support audits and control reviews. Review payroll processes, pay rules, and system configurations to ensure employee entitlements are applied correctly and consistently, while identifying and mitigating payroll-related risks across the employee lifecycle.
