Backstage Experience Coordinator - Landmark Credit Union Live

Coordinate a hospitality-first backstage experience for touring artists and crews at Landmark Credit Union Live. Administer Live Nation and venue programs, manage dressing rooms and backstage readiness, oversee tour laundry/towels where possible, and partner with catering to meet rider requirements. Serve as point of contact and brand ambassador for the service culture, participate in sustainability efforts, analyze post-event service reports, and collaborate with Artist Services, venue leadership, and production teams to improve engagement and satisfaction.
