Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the line meets hourly Volume/OEE and waste targets.
  • •Set the line up versus standard settings to maximize performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • •Be the first response to breakdowns or setup issues, diagnosing root causes and implementing time-conscious fixes.
  • •Maintain plant and machinery to a high standard through PPM and support condition-based maintenance (CBM).
  • •Lead troubleshooting and take ownership of improvement/reactive actions, working with daily production management systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a level 2 engineering or maintenance qualification.
  • •Strong mechanical aptitude in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and repair sophisticated machinery across electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • •Be able to respond urgently to immediate problems while planning routine tasks and preventative maintenance.
  • •Effective communicator who can influence and keep others well informed.
