Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end feature and platform delivery across design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support for backend services, APIs, and telemetry pipelines.
  • •Design and implement services and APIs using C# or TypeScript/Node.js, emphasizing modularity, testability, maintainability, and shared telemetry libraries.
  • •Architect and evolve cloud-native, microservices-based systems using Azure services, containers, and modern deployment practices for ingestion and telemetry workloads.
  • •Define and drive B2B telemetry standards (metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerting, runbooks) and ensure consistent telemetry for incident response and analytics.
  • •Own ingestion and synchronization flows between CLM and IAM, and lead high-severity incident response, post-mortems, and reliability improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •8+ years building production software with OO languages such as C#, Java, or TypeScript/Node.js, owning complex backend systems.
  • •4+ years designing, building, and operating cloud-native microservices or APIs at scale (REST or gRPC) with CI/CD and automated testing.
  • •Experience with relational and/or NoSQL data stores and data modeling for telemetry and ingestion scenarios (events, attributes, documents, configurations).
