Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Vendor Management Lead with range selection, pricing, and SKU nomination for promotional campaigns and events.
  • •Monitor SKU and category performance vs. plan, and define and execute actions to drive improvement and sustainable growth.
  • •Develop and manage relationships with local and international grocery suppliers, including contract and service-level negotiations.
  • •Analyse vendor performance and take corrective actions, manage compliance, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • •Resolve vendor issues and disputes, including invoice, payment, and account reconciliations, and identify new vendor/range opportunities while driving vendor media spend.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in vendor/category management or buying (grocery experience beneficial but not required).
  • •Analytical and problem-solving mindset to evaluate vendor and category performance and identify improvements.

  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate internally and resolve vendor-related issues.
