Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide and coordinate patient care, including educating patients and the public and offering advice and emotional support to patients and their families.
  • •Assess and identify patient needs, implement and monitor medical plans and treatment in collaboration with physicians and healthcare specialists.
  • •Record vital signs, recognize and address abnormalities, and identify and promptly report obstetric emergencies.
  • •Administer medications and treatments (including IV fluids or blood products) and monitor for side effects and reactions; document medication administration.
  • •Assist doctors during outpatient procedures, perform aseptic gynecological/obstetrical procedures, provide wound care, and support safe patient admission and discharge.

Key Requirements

  • •Have an appropriate license to work as a nurse in the relevant regulatory health authority (DoH, DHA) with all required qualification and experience.
  • •Have basic life support (BLS) qualification within the past 24 months.
  • •Assess and reassess patients, performing systematic patient assessment and collecting pertinent health data.
  • •Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of nursing care for patients undergoing gynecological and obstetrical procedures.
  • •Administer and document medications per hospital policy, including performing appropriateness review before preparing and administering.
