Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience in the branch. Cross-train to support sales and service by engaging clients through outbound calls, identifying needs and opportunities, and referring to branch teams or specialists. Educate clients on digital, self-service banking solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), and follow internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures.
