Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and support enterprise endpoint management platforms and endpoint technologies across the enterprise fleet.
  • •Engineer, deploy, and maintain endpoint technologies, including configuration baselines, policies, and OS lifecycle activities (deployments, upgrades, patching, decommissioning).
  • •Serve as a senior technical resource for endpoint operations: troubleshoot complex issues and participate in root cause analysis, problem management, and incident response.
