Key Responsibilities

•Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the sustainable home solutions sector.
•Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners as the primary point of contact.
•Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and lead generation through negotiation and closing agreements.
•Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and improve services.
•Deliver presentations and product demonstrations, collaborating with internal teams to support partner onboarding and ongoing success.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 82,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven track record in business development, strategic sales, or partnership management.
•Experience in fintech, SaaS, renewable energy, or home improvement industries is highly desirable.
•Ability to drive business growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with stakeholder engagement at all levels.
•Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
