Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize forecasting demand for supplies to stores and create POs for replenishment to maintain in-store availability.
  • •Be accountable for overall demand planning/replenishment performance for tMart stores and warehouses in Egypt, including direct reports.
  • •Manage stock levels (AED 20M), issue ~8,000 POs weekly, and ensure timely, accurate inventory and purchase forecast reporting.
  • •Provide DP/replenishment insights and initiatives to keep availability aligned with the business plan, including holding stock value and supplier service level.
  • •Coordinate 3PL transition, manage 3PL relations, optimize aging stock, and guide store supervisors/admins and commercial/operations teams to protect supply and workflow.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong fundamentals of demand planning and end-to-end forecasting (A-Z).
  • •Experience in FMCG demand planning and replenishment (required).
  • •Experience in warehouse management or managing 3PL partner relations (required).
  • •Data- and detail-oriented, tech-savvy, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • •Ability to lead and coordinate others with supervisory responsibilities and manage multiple stakeholders.
