Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform installation tasks for contracted projects, including cable pulls, terminations, and system equipment/component installation.
  • •Lead and direct installation crews on less complex projects per project directives, coordinating and reporting progress to the Project Manager.
  • •Read and interpret system schematics and architectural/construction blueprints, ensuring correct layout and fabrication.
  • •Use hand and power tools to solder and crimp connectors; test point-to-point cabling and system functionality.
  • •Track and secure jobsite equipment and tools, communicate daily status to the Project Manager, and act as on-site customer liaison including managing change requests.
