Key Responsibilities

  • •Support monthly close including journal entries (accruals and reclasses) and variance analysis.
  • •Build, maintain, and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and estimates.
  • •Monitor actual vs. budgeted spend and provide actionable insights to finance and operational leadership.
  • •Prepare consolidated close reporting packages, including variance analyses and overtime/T&E reporting.
  • •Serve as the primary finance contact for accounts payable activities (vendor onboarding, maintenance, payment processing, and invoice management), and act as a day-to-day finance liaison with local operations teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •2+ years of finance experience.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • •Experience using financial/accounting software (SAP and BPC preferred).
  • •Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities; clear communication to non-financial stakeholders.
