Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day US operations for Nothing.tech and own site performance against revenue, conversion rate, and AOV targets.
•Own the US trade calendar end-to-end, coordinating product launches, promotions, and peak moments with CRM, Paid, and Marketing.
•Drive incremental revenue growth by leading strategy and execution of trading tactics and initiatives in partnership with the Ecommerce Director and tech/design teams.
•Monitor and optimize the on-site conversion path and customer experience by collaborating with Tech, Analytics, and Marketing to resolve friction points and develop new functionality.
•Run a weekly trading cadence: interrogate numbers, build mitigation plans to close gaps to plan, and forecast US trading while reporting what’s driving performance and next steps.

Key Requirements

•5+ years running ecommerce trading at scale in DTC, consumer tech, or a product-led high-growth business.
•Hands-on US ecommerce experience, with strong understanding of how the US market trades, converts, and promotes.
•Comfortable with data: able to build trading reports, read funnels, and turn findings into decisions.
•Commercial fluency across revenue, CR, AOV, and contribution margin, using sessions and bounce rate as diagnostics.
•Cross-functional operating experience, able to brief and align teams you don’t own to deadlines and standards.
