Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance as a portfolio optimization subject matter expert on portfolio growth, lifecycle management, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • •Develop and continuously enhance portfolio optimization methodologies, business rules, recommendation frameworks, and reusable delivery assets.
  • •Translate business needs into data and AI-enabled solution requirements and help define outputs and implementation considerations.
  • •Lead project workstreams by coordinating stakeholders, identifying risks/dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • •Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess portfolio performance, develop recommendations, and present executive-ready insights to support client decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (Master’s/MBA/JD/MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
  • •Strong knowledge of banking operations, payment schemes, and card portfolio management, including products/services, business systems and processes, and performance levers.
  • •Proven experience using financial and business performance indicators to assess portfolio health, measure impact, and support data-driven recommendations.
  • •Experience leading projects or workstreams related to card portfolio optimization, operational efficiency, and analytics (preferably in payments, banking, financial services, or consulting).
  • •Strong communication and executive presentation skills, including translating complex topics into practical recommendations for senior leaders and clients.
