Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage retail, commercial, and corporate office fit-out projects across the full lifecycle, including feasibility, procurement, construction, technology integration, commissioning, move management, and close-out.
  • •Deliver workplace transformation initiatives such as tenant improvements, office relocations, consolidations, and occupied-space renovations.
  • •Review and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to identify risks, gaps, and constructability issues.
  • •Manage procurement and contract work: tendering, evaluation, recommendations, change control, cost monitoring, and payment processing in coordination with the consultant team.
  • •Provide client leadership as primary point of contact, run coordination meetings and workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor Project Managers/junior team members while maintaining documentation and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive experience managing construction projects with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
  • •Experience delivering retail or commercial and/or corporate fit-out projects.
  • •Experience coordinating workplace environments, tenant improvements, office relocations, workplace modernization programs, and occupied-space renovations.
  • •A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •PMP certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
