Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide general building maintenance services across a defined property area.
  • •Report and close faults using the AORA IT system to keep property records accurate.
  • •Ensure properties are free from building defects in line with Home Office Contract standards.
  • •Liaise with approved subcontractors, ensuring access, quality standards, and audit checks.
  • •Undertake annual Portable Appliance Tests (PAT), manage waste removal, and complete garden maintenance and furniture repairs.
