You’ll report and close faults via the AORA IT system, keep properties compliant with Home Office contract standards, liaise with approved subcontractors, complete annual PAT testing, and carry out garden maintenance, furniture repairs, and waste management. The role includes KPI-driven work and close collaboration with Housing Officers.
