Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and document repeatable manufacturing and assembly processes for prototype and pre-production parts.
  • •Build and improve fixtures, jigs, and workflows to reduce build time, scrap, and rework.
  • •Own process validation and durability testing, surfacing failure modes early and driving fixes.
  • •Produce and maintain accurate CAD and process documentation for reliable reproduction across the team.
  • •Partner with design and engineering to drive design-for-manufacturability improvements for the next robot revision.
