  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process improvements for cost reduction, asset utilization, and automation.
  • •Coordinate predictive/preventative maintenance plans for the facility using the maintenance management system to support asset reliability.
  • •Oversee training plans, inventory targets, OSHA compliance training, and safety committee engagement; support plant manager responsibilities as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 5+ years leadership experience in an industrial environment leading multiple departments.
  • •Associate degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Production, or related field (or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • •5+ years demonstrated manufacturing supervisory experience.
  • •Ability to plan and allocate resources, and coordinate them to meet internal objectives and customer expectations.
  • •Strong communication skills and proven track record developing, implementing, and using processes and procedures.
