Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, Source to Pay) to meet business requirements.
  • •Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and systems using APIs and web services.
  • •Develop and maintain business rules, script includes, UI actions, and Flow Designer components.
  • •Write and debug client-side and server-side JavaScript for ServiceNow applications.
  • •Support, troubleshoot, and continuously improve ServiceNow implementations; document configurations in knowledge base articles.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • •3-8 years of ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and JavaScript scripting.
  • •Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle) and web services (SOAP, REST).
  • •Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles; Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.
