Key Responsibilities

•Own outbound outreach to trading counterparties and build a map of how to reach them and win flow on Solana.
•Negotiate counterparty terms and rebates, coordinating with Trading and DeFi teams on agreements and economics.
•Secure allocators, funds, and large LPs and help seed and deepen Solana markets with onboarding and retention.
•Own performance metrics including volume, open interest, onboarded counterparties, allocator/LP capital, and program ROI.
•Manage ongoing counterparty relationships through escalation handling, VIP support, and follow-through to convert first trades into growing flow.

Key Requirements

•Bring an existing book of trading relationships with a track record of moving real volume.
•Demonstrate trading-first fluency in market microstructure, perps funding and margin, and spot liquidity.
•Show DeFi literacy covering collateral, margin, and capital efficiency, including how lending and looping feed leverage and volume.
•Have a proven track record of moving flow as an exchange, market maker, prop shop, fund, or protocol operator.
•Be US-based and able to run the Americas while coordinating across EU and APAC hours.
