•Serve as subject matter specialist and business partner between IT and business/end-user teams.

•Maintain, develop, and enhance application systems to meet business objectives and IT standards; remediate issues using incident, change, and problem management in ServiceNow.

•Serve as a reliable IT/business partner with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and strong safety focus.
•Must be able to work on-site five days per week during the initial onboarding period.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
