Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain long-term technical relationships with customer stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and escalations.
  • •Provide solution architecture guidance, best practices, optimization strategies, and support for designing, deploying, and troubleshooting complex cloud environments.
  • •Collaborate with customers on migration, deployment, and expansion projects, including tracking progress and delivering on-time updates to stakeholders.
  • •Conduct workshops, trainings, technical reviews, and health checks to ensure optimal performance and adoption.
  • •Stay up-to-date with cloud and AI/ML technologies and contribute to best practices, technical documentation, and industry insight articles.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field.
  • •At least 5 years of related work experience, preferably as a solution architect or pre-sales solution engineer.
  • •Strong product understanding of cloud concepts such as IaaS, VPC, and load balancing.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native/Kubernetes and related operations such as Prometheus and CI/CD.
  • •Experience with data and AI/ML platforms (SQL, mySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, data warehousing/datalakes, ETL/ELT, Hadoop/Spark, and MLOps/LLMs).
