Key Responsibilities

  • •Own SGP platform strategy and roadmap, prioritizing across developer experience, customer needs, and productizing field work; sequence investments against value and dependencies.
  • •Define how the product should work by partnering with users and engineers to write requirements, develop prototypes and measure success via outcomes, adoption, delivery time, and production performance.
  • •Align platform engineering, forward-deployed PMs, and business leaders on shared capabilities, rollout priorities, and environment-specific differences.
  • •Build and lead the PM team: establish ownership across product areas, hire and coach PMs, and improve product thinking and written requirements.
  • •Stay hands-on in the most consequential decisions to ensure what ships works for the people using it.
