Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead AI enablement and transformation by designing AI training resources, driving culture change for AI-enabled ways of working, and evaluating learning effectiveness.
  • •Own talent development and retention programs, including global leadership development expansion, performance review cycles, succession planning, and top talent frameworks.
  • •Partner with People Operations and Business Insights to implement and maintain a real-time retention dashboard and use data-informed interventions to address turnover trends.
  • •Support new hire onboarding and enablement by designing orientation and leader onboarding, improving experiences via feedback surveys, and connecting onboarding to culture and strategy.
  • •Lead organizational effectiveness and engagement work by managing organizational design/change management, internal communications, and the Next Gear Leadership Forum.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110 - 125 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • •AI-forward builder’s mindset with hands-on use of AI tools, focused on experimentation and rapid prototyping for practical impact.
  • •Experience leading AI enablement, digital transformation, or capability-building initiatives, or the ability to quickly translate new content into impactful learning.
  • •Expertise in talent management, including performance reviews, succession planning, and top talent development.
  • •Strong learning design and facilitation, plus proven change management experience leading culture and transformation efforts.
