Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end promotional execution across Sportsbook and Casino, from build/configuration through QA and go-live.
•Partner with stakeholders across Acquisition, Retention, VIP, Sponsorships, and Casino to deliver promotions that drive engagement and commercial outcomes.
•Manage promotional scheduling across the sporting calendar to ensure the right promotion mechanics are live at the right times.
•Test and QA promotional setups to ensure launches are clean and error-free.
•Document promotional processes and support the Promotions Operations Coordinator to maximize delivery output.
