Job Summary

Operate a fluid bed or rotary dryer and associated conveying equipment to dry materials safely and efficiently. Start up, adjust, and monitor dryer parameters—temperatures, airflow, and moisture levels—while maintaining product quality. Receive aggregates, use a front-end loader to fill material silos, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain production records. Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Safely operate a fluid bed or rotary dryer and associated conveying equipment, including startup, operation, and parameter adjustments
•Monitor product quality and dryer operating conditions (temperatures, airflow, moisture) and adjust to meet specifications
•Receive bulk truckloads of aggregates and operate a front-end loader to fill material silos for daily production
•Perform basic preventative/routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues, communicating maintenance needs to appropriate personnel
•Follow safety policies, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards; maintain production records and communicate operational issues to supervisors

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED
•Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience
•Ability to read and interpret operating procedures, safety rules, and production instructions

•Previous experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment preferred
