Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end configuration of Workday AR including customers, invoicing, settlements, cash application, adjustments, and collections
  • •Design and optimize Business Process Framework (BPF), including approvals, routing, and SOX-compliant controls
  • •Configure Workday Tax (tax codes, authorities, transaction tax rules) aligned with invoicing and settlement flows
  • •Define and manage accounting logic using Accounting Center and ensure accurate financial postings
  • •Design scalable financial data structures and support reporting, reconciliation, and audit requirements

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on Workday Financials configuration experience, with strong focus on AR
  • •Deep expertise in Accounts Receivable lifecycle (invoicing, cash application, settlements, adjustments)
  • •Strong experience with Business Process Framework (BPF) and workflow configuration
  • •Hands-on expertise in Accounting Center, calculated fields, and advanced reporting
  • •Experience configuring Workday Tax and understanding of tax integration touchpoints
