Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor staff output and timely, accurately approve settlement for institutional customers’ onshore/offshore investments.
  • •Liaise with customers, trading counterparties, tax guarantors, and regulators to troubleshoot and clarify existing or new products.
  • •Complete daily tasks and regular/ad-hoc reports accurately for internal and external customers.
  • •Provide feedback on staff performance to team members and managers.
  • •Propose changes based on observations during daily operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree majored in Business related.
  • •Excellent English spoken and written communication skills.
  • •Strong and solid experience in Securities/Banking related area.
  • •Detail oriented and capable to work under pressure with independent, proactive attitude.
  • •Knowledge of CNC products and FINI-related regulations, including PC skills and SWIFT messages for settlement.
