Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand all features of a project and define, assign, and track milestones through an agile framework.
  • •Define and develop system-level methodologies, tools, and IPs to build SoCs efficiently and scalably.
  • •Drive SOC assembly and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute SOC milestones.
  • •Integrate pieces for each project milestone and deliver models for further verification at cluster/sub-system/SOC/emulation levels.
  • •Use scripting (Perl/Python or other industry-standard languages) to support design and integration work.

Key Requirements

  • •BS (or equivalent) / MS with 4+ years of practical semiconductor design and architecture experience building complex SoCs.
  • •Firsthand understanding of all phases of SoC development across multiple ASIC projects, including ASIC architecture, micro-architecture, RTL design, verification, timing closure, and physical design.
  • •Experience with design and verification tools such as Verilog/SV, Cadence simulation tools, and debug tools like Indago and GDB.
  • •Hands-on experience with successful tape outs of multiple complex, high-volume SoCs in advanced process nodes.
  • •Experience working with software teams to define the HW/SW interface, including control/status registers, interrupts, and error handling.
