Job Summary

Lead the successful execution of major detailed engineering projects for Saudi Aramco’s oil and gas and New Energies business. Own project objectives, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, KPIs, and reporting, while managing EPCm operations and multi-stakeholder relationships. Drive risk mitigation, change management, HSSE leadership, and continuous improvement, overseeing commercial/financial accountability and ensuring deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

•Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout execution
•Lead and manage large-scale EPCm projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards
•Develop and implement project plans (scope, schedule, resource allocation), monitor progress/performance, and proactively mitigate risks
•Oversee EPCm operations and manage relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
•Establish KPIs, provide regular reporting to senior management, and maintain project governance including risk registers and compliance requirements
