Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout execution
  • •Lead and manage large-scale EPCm projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • •Develop and implement project plans (scope, schedule, resource allocation), monitor progress/performance, and proactively mitigate risks
  • •Oversee EPCm operations and manage relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
  • •Establish KPIs, provide regular reporting to senior management, and maintain project governance including risk registers and compliance requirements

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (bachelors or masters) in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) or APM (associate in project management) or equivalent certification is preferred
  • •20+ years of project management experience, including at least 10 years leading large-scale detailed engineering projects for Saudi Aramco
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels and externally
  • •Strong leadership and team management with strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
