Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a primary technical resource verifying system performance across virtual, remote, and workstation platforms.
  • •Support enterprise IT environments by validating system peripheral compatibility and maintaining configuration management data and testing documentation.
  • •Test and validate installation of software patches, updates, and upgrades, including remote server and workstation testing administration.
  • •Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve reported software defects while maintaining robust remote testing assistance.
  • •Stage, configure, test, and take down end-user test workstations and software testing equipment; provide Tier 3 escalation and coordinate with vendors for Tier 4 support.

Salary: USD 90,000 - 112,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 9+ years (or commensurate experience) providing hands-on software testing, quality verification, and application validation services.
  • •Experience testing and validating software patches, system updates, and operating system upgrades, including remote server and workstation testing administration.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve technical defects in software applications and associated IT equipment components.
  • •Proficiency creating, updating, and tracking software defects, bug logs, and testing requests using enterprise tracking systems.
  • •Familiarity with ServiceNow incidents and requests; ability to create PowerShell scripts; knowledge of ACAS; and experience creating/editing work instruction guides.
