Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong ITOM capabilities including Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM, and ITSM.
  • •Experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS)/PKI using APIs and automation frameworks.
  • •Strong knowledge of Certificate Lifecycle Management covering certificate authorities, issuance/renewal, revocation, and expiry governance and compliance.
  • •Proven solution architecture and design experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • •Ability to independently lead design, implementation governance, stakeholder workshops, and knowledge transfer to AMS/support teams.
