Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or college program certificate; or five (5) or more years of related experience and training in a food manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports.
  • •Proven experience directing, evaluating, and training maintenance technicians.
  • •Working knowledge of SQF Quality Management policies and procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • •Basic PLC experience and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with SAP experience a plus.
