Job Summary

Develop and manage the Group’s foreign exchange (FX) risk management strategy for inDrive, including identifying, measuring, monitoring, and hedging FX exposures across global subsidiaries and currencies. Create and maintain FX risk policies aligned to treasury objectives, advise senior leadership on market developments, and optimize hedging operations using instruments such as forwards, options, and swaps. Partner with treasury systems and IT to enhance TMS/ERP modules, reporting, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain the Group’s FX risk management policy aligned to treasury objectives and corporate risk appetite.
•Identify, quantify, and monitor FX exposures (transactional, translational, economic) across global subsidiaries and currencies.
•Execute hedging strategies and manage the Group’s hedging portfolio using spot, forwards, options, and swaps.
•Optimize FX-related processes such as intercompany netting, multi-lateral netting, and natural hedging payment strategies.
•Ensure compliance with internal FX policy and accounting standards (e.g., hedge accounting) and prepare regular reports to management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 48,300 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in Treasury focused on FX risk management.
•Hands-on experience executing FX hedging instruments (forwards, spot; options/swaps as a plus).
•Good understanding of FX exposures and practical risk management approaches.
•Experience executing FX transactions and working with banking partners.
•Solid analytical skills for exposure tracking, forecasting, and reporting (Excel or similar).
