Key Responsibilities

•Manage the packaging production design process from final creative handoff through artwork release, ensuring brand consistency, technical accuracy, routing, prepress readiness, and version control.
•Collaborate with vendors and printer partners to ensure print feasibility and consistency across substrates and printing methods; lead print feasibility reviews.
•Guide contract color proofs development and provide final sign-off for production release.
•Administer the Packaging Graphics System of Record (e.g., TANGO) and oversee creation/management of packaging specifications, ensuring data flow accuracy from systems of record (SAP, GSM, NPD).
•Improve graphics workflows by evaluating processes to reduce errors and rework; partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely packaging graphics changes.
